Savory sauce mix. This garlicky concoction of spices serves as a perfect base for authentic Filipino adobo.

How to use (for 8/10 people):

1 bag (50 g) Mama Sita's Adobo Mix
1 kg of meat cut into cubes of about 4 cm on each side
1 cup (250 ml) of water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil

  1. Dissolve Mama Sita's Adobo Mix in water and pour over the meat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
  3. Add the marinade and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and simmer until the meat is tender and the liquid has thickened. Add water if necessary.
