Seasoning to marinate meat for barbecue.
A special blend of Asian spices based on the famous Mama Sita's recipe for a spicier version of Filipino-style barbecue.
Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
How to use:
1 bag Mama Sita´s Barbecue Marinade Mix
½ kg of meat in pieces
10 barbecue skewers.
- In a bowl, sprinkle the contents of the envelope over the meat.
- Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Pierce the pieces of meat on the skewers and grill.
- Or, in a frying pan, fry the pieces of meat in a little oil.
