1 bag Mama Sita´s Bacon Mix
½ kg meat cut into 1.25 cm slices
Cooking oil
To marinate:
Place the meat in a bowl and sprinkle with Mama Sita's Bacon Mix. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour (it can be frozen in a closed container and stored for 1 month in the freezer).
Easy way to cook:
Fry the meat in a little oil or grill or bake over low heat, brushing the meat frequently with the sauce it produces. Serve hot.
Traditional way:
Cook covering the meat with water. Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover and simmer until there is no water left and the meat begins to crackle. Turn up the heat and cook until the meat is bright reddish brown. Serve hot.
Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
